This policy explains what information getorskip.com ("Get or Skip", "we") collects when you visit the site, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We do not ask you for personal information. The site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comments.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, and the time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and to count how many people visit each guide and how many follow a link to Amazon.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read and which links are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Amazon links. When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our site. Amazon may set its own cookies to record that the visit came from us, so that it can pay a commission on qualifying purchases. Amazon handles that data under its own privacy notice. Product images on our pages are loaded from Amazon's servers.

How we use the information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you.

Third-party services

The site uses fonts from Google Fonts, Google Analytics, and images and links from Amazon.com. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads content from them.

Children

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
